Our course tutors are experienced Environmental Health Officers with many years of local government enforcement experience. We are a registered Training Centre with Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC). We deliver tutored training on open and closed courses at local venues or we can travel to you. We provide training in the South of England as far as Birmingham and London. The training is interactive, relaxed and friendly. We adapt the learning experience to individual needs with a blend of activities to keep learners engaged and asking questions. We believe there is no substitute for face to face learning.

Course details

HACCP Risk Management

Facilitating HACCP studies, process flow charts, risk scored hazard analysis and identification of critical controls using decision trees. A methodical approach to ensure the Codex Alimentarius principles of HACCP are fulfilled and in compliance with Article 5 Regulation EC 852/2005.
